Bibu reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. The content, merchandise, and services made available to you on this site are provided by Bibu in accordance with the following terms and conditions of use and privacy policy («Terms and Conditions»). The Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Bibu (bibu.es), in respect of your use of this site, and your use of this site is conditioned upon your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions without modification. Your use of this site constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms and conditions apply to private consumers' purchase of goods in Bibu webshop.

Product Descriptions and Availability
The description and photographs of the goods on the site is for illustrative purposes only. However there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the goods supplied.

All items are offered subject to availability. The price of the products is subject to change. 

Online Order
All orders are processed in Barcelona-Spain.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years and are an authorised user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the goods.

In connection with the purchase of goods from Bibu you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you have any additional questions regarding the purchase of goods from Bibu please contact us by email at sales@bibu.es

Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

We may cancel any sale and not supply the products if it is reasonable to do so. We may also change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Payment
We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Bizum. We do not charge credit card fees.

Shipping
During Covid 19, your purchased item(s) will be shipped as usual. Your order will be sent with UPS and MRW for International and local delivery, it is advised during this time we do not send parcels that required signature to protect postmen. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We ship worldwide with UPS. You are welcome to write us an email at sales@bibu.es if you have any shipping questions or specific requirements.

Duty and VAT
All prices that are displayed are inclusive of VAT at 21 % VAT rate operative in Spain.

If you want shipment to a country outside of the EU where Spanish VAT is not collected, the prices will be shown without VAT upon checkout.

It is not possible to give in VAT numbers in the webshop. If you wish to shop on behalf of a business, please contact our customer service at sales@bibu.es  If you place an order in the webshop on behalf of a business within the EU, you are responsible for claiming the VAT, not us.  

The freight costs will be added to the price. You may have to pay additional import duties and/or taxes according to national laws when the package arrives at the destination country. Bibu is not responsible for such taxes or duties. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra tax or customs clearance charges, and it is your responsibility to pay such expenses. Please note that this may delay delivery because of the goods being held up in customs.

Cancellation and Return
You can withdraw your order by telling us before the goods are sent, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability. If the goods have already been sent, we will not refund the shipping costs of the order.

If you need to return a defective item, please e-mail us for a return authorization number. Returns without this authorization number will be refused.
Items can only be returned to us if they were purchased from our website.

You are entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 10 days from date of receipt. If the deadline expires on a national holiday, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
The product must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Once we receive the package and check that everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the total amount to your bank account. The refund must occur within 30 days.
Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away.

We only credit the payment methods which was used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return expenses and for the product until it has reached our return address. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, or we have made a mistake with packing.

Personal information
When you place an order with Bibu we collect your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address in order to execute the order. Bibu is responsible for this information, we retain and use all this information carefully under the Privacy Policy.

Please note that by supplying your/the recipient’s email address upon joining us you grant us permission to contact you via email regarding your account and any special offers or promotions that we may offer you from time to time.
